At a bottling plant in Joplin, Missouri, Watson and Sons managed the construction of a new warehouse right alongside their production facility, while self-performing the building’s foundation. The project itself was a design-bid-build, in which our self-performing crews gave us a competitive edge.

The warehouse spans over 12,000 square feet and has 6 dock doors; it now serves as one of the main staging areas of the plant. With the additional storage space, the plant was able to increase its production capability twofold.
